I’m a qualified Hypnotherapist with a Practioner Diploma in Hypnotherapy (Dip Hyp) and a Masters Degree (MSc) in Psychology (from the University of Northumbria).

I’m a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR/ GQHP). I’m also a CPCAB qualified Counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counnselling and Psychotherapy)

I’ve undertaken additional training in Trauma, Narcissistic Relationships, Shame, Eating Disorders, Dissociation and Dissociative Disorders, working with diverse clients, and clients with ADHD and Autism.

I work in an integrative way incorporating my knowledge and training in Psychology and Counselling into my hypnotherapy, and can incorporate my client’s beliefs and spirituality into their sessions.

Previously, I worked as an employment coach and tutor and taught adults within a South London College. I also worked within communities, with young people, in recruitment, and for a racial justice charity.

In 2023, as a direct result of hypnotherapy, I addressed my lifelong health problems to train and qualify as a Yoga Teacher (YTT200) which also gives me a unique perspective into fitness and wellness goals.

During the pandemic I volunteered for the mental health charity Rethink where I worked on their telephone advice lines and also helped with researching and writing factsheets. For this role I received extensive training in mental health advice and information.

I'm committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for clients, am fat positive, LGBTQIA+, nonbinary, and non monogamy friendly and have experience working with GSRD and sex worker clients.
